BCT Outdoors Ltd can deliver your goods to any address within the UK. The Highlands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, The Isle of Man, and the Channel Islands will incur an extra carriage charge which we will advise you of when you order.
Although we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your products are delivered within the set timescales, unfortunately we cannot guarantee that they will not be affected by unforeseen issues affecting our delivery partner.
Once your order is ready for dispatch it will be sent via carrier service to arrive the next working day. Or if your order is too large to send by our preferred carrier it will sent by pallet or on our own vehicle. You will be advised by telephone when to expect your goods although it is unlikely that we will be able to give you a time of day.
Goods are not sold on approval. However we may accept returns in exceptional circumstances.
A handling charge may apply. We trust that you will be happy with any product purchased from our website or from our catalogues. However if you wish to return a product to us you must do so within 28 days of receipt. We will refund the price of the product, providing it is in its original condition and it is in its original, undamaged packaging.
The delivery charge is non-refundable except where the goods are faulty or in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations. Please be aware that due to Health & Safety at work regulations we require any used faulty goods to be in a clean condition before accepting them for a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

The purchase price will be refunded to the same credit/debit card that you used to purchase the goods subject to any handling charge.
Please allow up to 14 days from receipt of your return for a refund to be processed.
To return product(s) to us, please use either the Royal Mail postal service or you may contact our customer services team on 01274 728469 to use our collection service.
The risk of loss or damage to the parcel(s) is your responsibility until it is received by us. We advise that the package(s) should be sent using Royal Mail registered post, as we cannot accept liability for parcels lost in transit to us. If you would like us to collect the goods from you a charge will apply. The collection charge will be deducted from your refund when we process your return.
