Terms & Conditions
BCT is not responsible for items that are not cleaned or repaired due to undeclared material limitations or extreme damage.
Please note: Heavily soiled items may require multiple washes to achieve a satisfactory result. As standard, only one wash is included initially. If additional cleaning is required, we will contact you to discuss further options.
Please remove all guy ropes, clips, frames etc before sending.
Turnaround times may vary based on the nature of the repair. We will contact you if additional costs or time are required.
