FAQs
What types of materials can you clean?
We clean Canvas tents and PVC groundsheets, tents andmarquees. We unfortunately cannot clean Clear PVC windows, Nylonand Standard Polyester.
Do I need to get my item reproofed?
The cleaning process will remove some of the original proofing, so to save you from leaky tents, we reproof allcanvas items as standard.
If for any reason you do not wish to have your items reproofed, please state this on your enquiry. PVC products do not require proofing.
Can you arrange a courier for me?
We'd be delighted to - just state on your enquiry that youwould like BCT to arrange a courier for you. One of our teamwill get a quote and confirm the final cost with you. You canthen decide if you wish to proceed.
You are also welcome to arrange your own courier if you wish.
Can I drop off/collect my item?
Absolutely, you are welcome to drop off and collect your items from our facility at the following address: BCT Outdoors,
1 Little Drum Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9LH.

Should I remove poles etc. before sending my item for cleaning?
Yes please – all poles, pegs, guy ropes, groundsheets, flue fixing kits or any sharp item MUST BE REMOVED before
sending your item(s) to us.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by any objects left within the canvases.
